Volcano Science

Julie McGee - Posted on

volcanoOn June 26 at 1 pm, come to the Troy Library to learn about the science of volcanoes. Then, build your very own volcano and make it erupt! This safe, non-toxic activity is a great science project and fun activity to do together.

Take a look at the eruption of Mt. Saint Helen's in Washington, an active stratovolcano. Or, watch the eruption of a shield volcano at Kilauea in Hawaii.  For more educational videos of this kind, go to youtube.com/educational.
